Susy has dedicated her career to empowering students to work towards being lifelong learners and has over 20 years of experience specializing in evaluation of learning and attentional disorders. She earned her B.S. in Psychology and minor in Spanish from the University of Scranton. She received her M.A. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Boston. Susy completed pre-doctoral training in neuropsychology at teaching hospitals of Harvard and Cornell Medical Schools and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Kennedy Krieger Institute/Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. After completing her fellowship, Susy worked as a staff psychologist at Kennedy Krieger for almost five years and has been in private practice as a Maryland psychologist since 2000.
As a military spouse, Catholic school parent, daughter of Indian immigrant parents and first in her family to attend college, Susy is able to assist families who have traveled similar paths. Susy is an Associate Member of IECA and a Fellow of the Maryland Psychological Association.
